Customs & Import Duties

Please note: All international orders (including those shipped to the United States) may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to placing your order.

Refusal to pay duties may result in the package being returned or destroyed by customs, and we are unable to issue refunds in such cases.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you are able to return it, at the cost of the customer within 14 days of receipt. 

To return your order, please send an email to info@combatclippercompany.co.uk stating your order number and reason for return. We'll be in touch with details of our return process. 

You must return your order in an undamaged and unused condition within the original packaging. Failure to do so could result in a refund being refused.

Any orders sent back after 30 days of receipt will be returned to the customer.
